This is an ongoing project to capture kids on film in various states of being.  I've been compelled to photograph children since I was a child myself, and have included some images from those early years as well.  There is something about the magic and of childhood experiences and the transparency of reactions they evoke that draws me into this world of play.  I often find that if I am not distanced from events via my camera, I quickly become infected with joyful abandon and join in the fray.
